Amatuli
Amatuli offers thousands of multicultural African arts and crafts. Displays include carved crocodiles, fish and snakes from Swaziland and dug-out canoes from Central Africa. Here you’ll also find hangings, grass baskets, benches, headrests, tall painted figures, masks, horns, wooden antelope heads, bronze heads and more from all over Africa.
Art Africa
Art Africa offers a dazzling collection of ethnic arts, crafts and artefacts from around Africa. There are two sections, one of which stocks contemporary and often recycled items crafted by community groups, while the other has a wide selection of wooden headrests, statues and sculptures, grass bowls and bright African fabrics.
Everard Read Gallery and Circa House
The Everard Read Gallery houses noteworthy collections by highly acclaimed local and international artists. Having worked to source fine art for decades, Everard Read has profoundly stimulated the tastes and sophistication of art collectors in a country somewhat isolated during apartheid. In 2009, the CIRCA building was developed alongside the gallery, boasting a series of profound and powerful exhibitions. CIRCA has become a celebration of art and architecture in Joburg and features amazing views of the tree-lined city.

Linda Goodman Gallery
The Goodman Gallery is one of the most distinguished international contemporary art galleries. It highlights influential contemporary artists who strive to shift perspective and engender social transformation. Recently commemorating its 50th anniversary, the Gallery is well-known for offering a frequently changing programme of thought‐provoking exhibitions by various artists throughout the year.
